The refundable Deposit confirms your booking but is also held in full until the property has been inspected and will be used in part or full as required if there are signs of poor housekeeping, rubbish left and not disposed of in the recycling bins provided, breakages, damages, signs of dog hair on beds, furniture or smoking
We kindly ask that guests dispose of their own glass from the property ( this can be dropped off at Tesco in Buckie)
All bedding, Towels, Bath robs, Selection of Toiletries, Complimentary Starter Pack, Tea,Coffee,Sugar, Starter Pack of Logs and Kindling for the Log Burning Stove, Cleaning products, Toilet rolls, Hair dryer/Straighteners, Smart TVs with Freeview or Access your Own Online Streaming Accounts (Prime, Netflix, Disney+), Free WiFi, External CCTV, Fully Fitted Kitchen, Safety Equipment.

One small/medium sized dog is allowed at an additional cost of £5.00 per night- 1 further dog to be approved at time of booking with Pauline and will incur an additional £5.00 fee per night- dog towels and bowls are available on request at time of booking
There is off road parking at the cottage although this may be restricted due to neighboring properties, However safe and free parking along the main road is available.

Just enjoying our last night at Rannawa cottage have had a fantastic time. Its clean, well equipped, close to coast and the town of Buckie - plenty of lovely walks, photographers paradise. The cottage is set back from the road so is quiet and relaxing place to be based - we will be staying again Im sure.
We were particularly impressed with the upstairs kitchen/living room layout with the log burner and stone gable wall at the far end. Its open, but still friendly and comfortable. There’s a sandy beach within a few minutes walk which I enjoyed a refreshing morning swim. Would definitely come back for another visit.
Thanks to Pauline and John, we spent the most wonderful 2 weeks in this lovely little cottage. Its well-equipped with everything you need, the wood burning stove makes even the rainiest evening a pleasant one, and the mattresses guarantee a good-nights sleep. We had wine, tea, coffee, shortbread, and treats for our dog waiting for us upon our arrival.
This cottage is one of the best we have stayed in!
