This beautiful cottage is available for weekly lets and weekend / short breaks

January, February, March, £820 per week.
April, May, June, July and August £980 per week.
September, October £890 per week,
November and December £820 per week except Christmas and New Year (Hogmanay) weeks POA

Dogs are most welcome £25 per stay.

Rentals are normally arrival from 4 pm and departure by 10 am.
There are no extra charges - electricity, linen, welcome pack, cleaning etc are all included in the price.

We stayed at Rose Cottage nr Crieff in June 2023, just as the summer’s warmer weather had arrived, so we could throw the sun room doors wide open! We had booked for just 4 nights but as soon as we walked into the cottage we knew we wanted to stay longer - it is indeed a little paradise all of its own. Surrounded by fields, the owner’s tea plantation, and a garden on 3 sides, Rose Cottage is designed so you can get away from it all, whilst being thoroughly spoiled. The detailed description is very accurate and, amongst all the many thoughtful touches, what we really appreciated, included the welcome provisions, the tiled seat in the downstairs shower (and the grab rail!), having a gas hob AND cooker, both bedrooms benefiting from a loo and a basin, in addition to the downstairs shower room, and everything was so LARGE: the beds, the kitchen, the wardrobes, the shower room, the sun room and not forgetting the panorama! Arriving after a mini tour of the North and Scotland, where there’d been some mixed experiences, Rose Cottage was the outright winner in every category including comfort, cleanliness, and countryside views, and we simply didn’t want to leave. Finally, Ronnie is the perfect host - welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, generous, on hand yet unobtrusive - so, unusually for us, we expect to be back! My husband and I had a fantastic holiday at Rose Cottage, Ronnie gave us a warm and generous welcome. Everything we could possibly need for our stay was there, the accommodation is spacious, comfy and immaculate. It’s such a beautiful cottage with great walks and the fabulous town of Crieff on the door step. The fantastic views and sun room were wonderful, we highly recommend.

Rose cottage is well located in lovely grounds, it stands alone and is very quiet, beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable.
The sitting room is cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The sun poured in, the garden was a total sun trap and we had the best holiday.

We had the most glorious long weekend in this relaxing, beautiful, idyllic and very special cottage. It’s in a stunning setting near Crieff, the layout is perfect with great views and very comfy furnishings - the master bed is huge and very comfortable.
We played tennis on the owners court, which is very well kept and very close. Our children want us to book for next year now - we couldn’t fault it - thank you for a great stay.
