Reviews:
WOW accommodation!!!
They say that 1st impressions count. Well here are my 1st impressions: wow, wow, wow, and another wow for good measure!!!
A truely great cottage which has amazing attention to detail, from a decanter of whiskey and Scottish shortbread in the lounge to welcome you to bottled water in the 2 ensuite bedrooms; condiments, foil etc in the very well appointed kitchen. But what really sets this cottage apart is the amazing garden and it’s location - we brought our two doggies with us and the walks upon the door step were very good and convienient.
Positives; great location - Inverness is just a few miles away, Nairn is on the door step and excellent road links to the coast where you can watch dolphins, and south to the Cairngorms and aviemore.
Negatives; a week is not long enough!
Boath Stables is definitely worth the tarrif. We are seriously considering rebooking in March and hubby rarely wants to revisit the same place! Excellent, excellent, excellent! Get it booked!

Wonderful
Just returned from a wonderful stay at Boath Stables. From the minute we were met by Ellen with the keys and a quick tour, we have had the best holiday. Spotlessly clean, spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and decorated - the stables exceeded our expectations, even the weather was brilliant. Very well equipped and laid out, the 3 bathrooms were excellent. Sitting over coffee each morning watching all the birds on the feeders was very special and peaceful. Can definitely recommend and we would love to stay here again.

Lovely relaxing place to stay!
Just returned from a great week at Boath Stables. As we are 5 people, we splurged and rented both cottages, opening up the living space between them to form one continuous unit. However we could have squeezed into one cottage as the space is large. Cottages were well furnished, clean and extremely well provided for - kitchen has everything you could wish and there was no shortage of loo roll, kitchen roll, washing up liquid and so on. Location is superb, with great walking, cycling and local beaches. Garden is tranquil and the kids enjoyed seeing all the birds. Many distilleries are still shut but we still found plenty to do. Highly recommend!
