The location is particularly safe for children since the road is private and has little if no cars on it. Tain and the Royal Dornoch golf courses as well as many others are nearby. The Glenmorangie Visitors' Centre is only about a mile away and Dunrobin Castle where you can visit beautiful gardens and see a falconry display is only 30 minutes drive.
