Weekly rent includes all electricity, central heating throughout, pure cotton bed linen, towels, free WiFi and most telephone calls to UK landlines.
Short breaks of three, or four, nights (Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday) are normally available during off-peak months, at a cost of roughly 70% or 80% of the full weekly rent then.
