Changeover is usually Saturday, entry 4pm and departure 10am.

Two well behaved dogs welcome at £40 per dog.

Discounts for 2 or 4 people using 1 or 2 bedrooms may be available low and mid season. Short breaks may be available in low and mid season.

Claypotts was ideal for us. Mum spent much of the week in the garden watching the river, and the ground floor bedroom gave her independence. Thank you for doing all the shopping and cooking. Having 3 bathrooms was important. The great thing was being together but doing our own thing too. See you next year. Louise Hilton

Kelpie’s pool in the river was perfect, and fulfilled all our fantasies of wild swimming, and the dogs loved it too. We like lying in bed looking at the hills and listening to the river. Next time we will definitely try fishing from the garden. The Watsons.
