Security Deposit
A security deposit will be taken on booking. This deposit is refundable, in whole or in part, after the property has been inspected after departure and cleaning, minus any damages incurred during your stay.
Rose deposit is £150, Honeysuckle House £250 and The Whole House £400.
Management reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning if the property is not left in a tidy and clean condition, and extra cleaning is needed over and above usual.
Please adhere to correct waste and recycling disposal as charges may also be made if staff need to sort out dustbins, glass bins and recycling.

We have been re-assessed and awarded Gold again in the GTBS 2017.
We use no oil on the Croft and burn locally sourced wood for heating and hot water both in the self-catering and our own home. We have a wind turbine to supplement electricity as well as solar tubes which pre-heat the water in our heating system.

Laughed a lot - Paddled in the sea
Picked Ripe Strawberries – Braved the midges
Climbed over Rocks – Went up a lighthouse
Played rounders on the beach
Swam in a river – Bubbled in a jacuzzi
Felt the sun on their faces – Walked country lanes
Fed two pigs – Ate lovely picnics
And had an altogether wonderful time.
