Nearby Dunvegan has grocery shops, newsagents, a petrol station, post office, medical centre and a good selection of retaurants and pubs.

The Isle of Skye is famous throughout the world for its mountains: the Five Sisters of Kintail and the pinnacle perils of the Cuillen Ridge. The world class marine environment offers activities to suit all levels of experience in sailing, diving or kayaking.

The surrounding area offers almost every outdoor pursuit available as well as stunning scenery and fascinating history.
