Winning its fame through arguably Scotland's finest skiing, Aviemore is certainly a hub for those seeking adventure. Continued development ensures the area keeps its wild, exposed nature yet offers greater access for those wishing to get there. Skiing, hiking, mountain biking and water sports are now an ingrained part of the outdoor pursuits in and around Aviemore.

Of course not all come to the Highlands seeking adrenaline and with such ample space relaxing could not be easier - whether it be taking in the sights or enjoying a spot of fishing, horse riding or golf - the area allows all to seek their own enjoyment. Whatever your interests are, the Cairngorms and surrounding area certainly have room for them and this is a wonderful place for a highland self-catering holiday.

Accommodation:
Cairn Toul House consists of on the ground floor a large hallway with a cupboard for coats, a large living room with open fire, large dining room for 8 people with French doors out to the garden. There is a separate utility/drying room and also on the ground floor a double bedroom with adjacent spacious shower room.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with ensuite shower room, two bedrooms furnished with two single beds, a walk-in airing cupboard and a large family bathroom.

Location:
Aviemore is accessed via the main arterial route, the A9. Cairn Toul is situated at the north end of Aviemore. If arriving from the south, continue along the main road through Aviemore as if heading northbound and take a right hand turn onto Dalfaber Drive. Turn immediately left and Cairn Toul House is at the bottom of this road on the left hand side. If arriving from the north, turn left off the A9 to Aviemore and turn right at the next junction, take a left hand turn Dalfaber drive. Turn immediately left and Cairn Toul House is at the bottom of this road on the left hand side

Heating is included and kindling for the fire is provided. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Cost and availability.
The rental period runs from 16.00 hrs on the day of arrival until 10.00 hrs on the day of departure. Week breaks are from arrival (from 16.00 hrs.) on the Saturday until departure (10.00 hrs.) on the following Saturday. Midweek breaks are from arrival (from 16.00 hours) on the Monday until departure (10.00 hours) on the Friday.
