Dunaird Cottage is rented out throughout the year.

Change over days are Mondays and Friday - check in 4pm, check out 11am although other days and times can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Predominantly 1 week breaks July – September though short breaks are be available from time to time so please do enquire.

We recommend that guests have their own travel insurance while staying in the cottage and to cautious with their own personal belongings as they will not be covered in our insurance policy.


We are currently offering a £30 voucher for guests to use in the village! (6th Dec - 23rd Dec) Guests will be able to use the voucher in local stores and resturants in Dunkeld. Please message the host for further details!

"Nikki and Scott were so welcoming and Nikki went above and beyond to make my stay absolutely amazing. They treated me like family and really looked after me.
The cottage was picturesque and beautiful inside with everything you need as well as being so warm and cozy and so immaculate. Nikki is a mind full of information and gave me information on where to go, what to do, where to eat and told me a lot of history about Birnam and Dunkeld which made my stay even more enjoyable.
