Situated at the mouth of Loch Tay in the heart of Kenmore, one of Perthshire’s most picturesque villages, this is a distinctive architect-designed three bedroom home of unrivalled quality. Guests have the independence of a self-catering property with the facilities of a modern boutique hotel.

Set within an exclusive 120 acre estate, originally the home farm for the adjacent Taymouth Castle, this collection of luxury properties offers every facility you could wish for, including a private hot tub.

There are also fabulous walks from the doorstep and for Munro baggers there are plenty of mountains to climb in the area!

Mountain-biking, quad biking, off-road driving and a variety of watersports are all a short distance away. The award-winning Highland Adventure Safaris is only a few miles away, and there are plenty of good bars and restaurants to enjoy, including our own Courtyard with bar, restaurant and delicatessen.

Kenmore Golf Course is on your doorstep and there are many fine golf courses nearby. Golf is free for guests in the winter and discounted over the summer months.

Our own Breadalbane Riding Stables are next to the first tee and the adjacent River and Loch Tay offer superby salmon and trout fishing.

This contemporary house has been designed with the main living areas to the first floor with wide expanses of glass capitalising on the stunning Highland views with glass doors opening out onto private balconies.

Ground Floor: Two bedrooms, one with en suite bath, one with en suite shower with door directly to the garden. Cloakroom, WC and utility room.

First Floor: Stunning living/dining/kitchen area with dramatic floor to ceiling windows and a private balcony off the living area. Master bedroom with en suite shower and balconied area overlooking the private garden. Huge deck over the garage with a hot tub overlooking the hills beyond. Location:
From Glasgow, Edinburgh and the South – take the A9 motorway to Stirling and onward to Perth. Continue on the A9 to Ballinluig, turn onto the A827 towards Aberfeldy, then to Kenmore.
From Oban, Fort William and the West – take the A85 to Killin, then the A827 to Kenmore.
From Inverness and the North – take the A9 southwards to Ballinluig, turn onto the A827 to Aberfeldy and then Kenmore.

Cost and availability.
The cottage is rented out year round. Rental periods are generally a week.

Short breaks available November to March, or late availability bookings at other times.
Friday to Friday lets. Checking in time is after 4pm and checking out is by 10am.
