Elie is a perfect location for a seaside and golfing holiday, and this lovely property is only a 2 minute walk to the Blue Flag sandy beaches of Elie and the back terrace looks onto the 5th Tee of the beautiful 9 hole golf course. The area is well situated for golfers as there is a Links 18 hole course 5 minutes away and St Andrew's championship course is only 10 miles away. The area is conveniently situated for walkers as the Fife coastal route is on the doorstep allowing you to explore all the beautiful seaside villages in the East Neuk of Fife. Locally there are many other activities - including, sailing, windsurfing, seakayaking, cycling and horse riding. The nearest cinema and swimming baths are in St Andrews. The local sports club offers tennis and an indoor driving range for those enthusiastic golfers.

The village of Elie has several pubs and restaurants and the infamous Sports Club Pavilion cafe is open year round. The 19th hole is a 10 minute walk away and offers delicious home cooked food and stone baked pizza, together with the famous Ship Inn which hosts seafood festivals in the summer and organises cricket on the beach.

The East Neuk of Fife is fortunate to enjoy a micro climate and therefore is one of Scotland's driest locations. It really is a superb area for a Scottish holiday.

Golf Court, Elie is a new luxury, ground floor self catering apartment with private terrace located in the exclusive golf hotel development. Adjacent to the 5th hole on the 9 hole golf course, this is a generous 3 bedroom apartment which is comfortably furnished. Situated in the garden block, the property has 2 ensuite shower rooms and one family bathroom. It has wooden floors in the hallway and living area with solid oak doors. The property has gas central heating and a gas coal effect fireplace. There is an allocated parking space right outside the door.

The entrance lobby opens to a large interior hall with storage for sports kit. There is a king size room and a twin bedded room overlooking the golf course, both with ensuite shower rooms. The third bedroom has a single bed with a pullout bed underneath. There is also a family bathroom.

The living area is open plan looking out to the terrace and golf course. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel cooker and hob, intergrated dishwahser, washing machine and tumble drier, fridge freezer and microwave. The dining table has leather chairs and seats 8. The living room is furnished with a large comfortable corner sofa, widescreen digital TV with approx 30 channels and DVD home cinema system. The living area has a living flame fire and window looking towards the sea. There is a telephone (for local calls only) and access to a broadband connection. Elie is located on A917. As you enter village of Elie driving down Park Place, turn right at the bakers shop on right hand side,onto Bank Street ( signposted to Earlsferry) and the apartment is located just on right hand side past the Royal Bank of Scotland, named Golf Court. The apartment is located in the new building to the right of the old Golf Hotel.

Cost and availability.
Change over day and check in times are variable but during high season change over is on Fridays and check in is at 4pm. Short breaks are available.
