Rowan Cottage is part of a converted farm steading in a beautiful part
of Fife. This quality holiday cottage sleeps 6 and has been beautifully
renovated and refurbished. If you are looking for a country cottage in
Scotland then this is a fantastic place for a holiday - whether you
want to curl up in front of a log fire or relax in a secluded garden.
This is a spacious self-catering cottage in a wonderful part of
Scotland - beautiful beaches, scores of golf courses, lovely walks,
lots of cycling paths and plenty of interesting places to visit. Rowan
Cottage is perfectly situated to explore all the East Neuk of Fife has
to offer: the historic houses of Kellie Castle, Falkland Palace and
Hill of Tarvit are close by. If you are coming on a family holiday then
your children will enjoy the play area, indoor table tennis table and
pool table, as well as the award-wining beaches of Saint Andrews and
Elie.

This is a great spot for a family holiday - Fife has lots to offer and
Rowan Cottage has so many facilities your children will have plenty to
occupy them.
Accommodation:
Rowan Cottage is a spacious and light property, with its own private
parking area. On the ground floor there is a WC and a fully fitted and
well-equipped kitchen. There is a separate dining room and a lovely
sitting room, with an open fire and 2 sets of french windows set in
stone arches, leading to the garden. Upstairs is a large master
bedroom with a king-sized bed and glorious views over the countryside;
it also has a modern en-suite shower room. There is also a double
bedroom and twin bedroom, both of which have south-facing views. The
second bathroom is modern and conveniently located on the first floor.
Location:
Near St Andrews and Anstruther, in the East Neuk of Fife. Only 1 hour
from Edinburgh.
What's included:
Central heating and hot water, electricity, an initial supply of
logs for the open fire and bed linen are included in the rental rate.
Cots and high chairs are available at no extra charge, but please book
them in advance.
A limited number of mountain bikes are also available on request, at no
charge.
What's not included:
Towels are not included, but are available at a small charge.
Cost and availability.
The cottage is rented out year round.
Rental periods are generally Saturday-Saturday: arrival 4pm and
departure at 10am.
We can also provide weekend and short break holidays at most times
of the year.
