Accommodation:
Built in 2003 this detached four bedroom bungalow offers luxurious accommodation. It has a very large garden and provides plenty of outdoor furniture to sit and relax. The large feature sun room is ideal for taking in the breath taking views surrounding the house.

The spacious living room has a gas log burning effect fire for those colder days and books and games are provided. There is a further sitting room and dining area within the open plan luxury kitchen. The kitchen has everything you could need from a dishwasher to a double oven and an eight ring hob cooker. The utility room benefits from a washing machine and two tumble dryers, ideal for drying off wet clothes and storing muddy boots. All four bedrooms have built in wardrobes and the master bedroom benefits from an en suite shower room. There is an additional family bathroom and another shower-room so plenty of bathing facilities if you are a large group!

Price includes all electricity, electric heating and gas for the fire and cooker hob.

House directions:
To find Bruadar Iain take the Corran Ferry from Onich (8 miles south of Fort William), just a 4 minute crossing to Ardgour. When leaving the ferry turn left on the A861 to Strontium (14 miles). Cross the stone bridge after the village square and turn immediately right. Follow this road until a sharp left hand bend and bear right, signposted Ariundle Nature Reserve. Bruadar Iain is the fourth turning on the left.

Cost and availability:
Bruadar Iain is rented out all year round. Lets are weekly with change over day on Saturday. Arrival time is after 4pm and departure by 10am.
