This luxury Speyside holiday cottage is on the edge of Aviemore and offers lovely views over the countryside and the new 18 hole championship golf course. If you are looking for a cottage to rent near a golf course then you couldn't be more perfectly situated. The inside is extremely spacious and stylish, with an enormous open-plan living area on the first floor - lots of space if you are two families or a group of friends sharing a holiday.
Many people come to Speyside for a golfing holiday in Scotland - and this Aviemore house is ideally placed to play on some of Scotland's great golf courses set in beautiful highland scenery - other nearby courses include Kingussie, Newtonmore, Carrbridge, Boat of Garten and Grantown-on-Spey golf courses. There is a new Spey Valley Golf Course opening in 2006 so you will be spoilt for choice if you want to play golf on holiday here.
Aviemore is the centre of skiing and snow sports in Scotland so this is ideal self-catering accommodation for a winter skiing break in the Cairngorms. The walking, fishing, watersports, cycling and riding are superb in this glorious part of the highlands. There is so much to see and do in Speyside throughout the year - distilleries, castles, pretty towns and villages to explore, wild-life centres and many excellent tourist attractions.

Gorgeous Aviemore self-catering cottage - ideal for a golfing holiday, skiing holiday or a relaxing family break in Speyside.
Accommodation:
Dalfaber House is very stylish with contemporary furnishings and has been superbly equipped. The living areas are on the first floor so the views are gorgeous over the Cairngorm mountains. The open-plan room is just enormous and there is an open fire in the dining room - a great touch in such a modern holiday house. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and there is a separate utility room.
There are 3 lovely bedrooms - 2 doubles and 1 twin - (6ft) zip and link beds which convert to twins when needed,
and two luxury bathrooms (one is ensuite to a double bedroom). This is a really superb self-catering house and the attractive garden is perfect for relaxing in during the warmer months.

The house is rented out year round. Friday to Friday lets.
Short breaks are welcome - weekend breaks in Aviemore or mid-week breaks.
Checking in time is 4pm and checking out is 10am.
