Accommodation:
The East Barn and West Barn are located within a recently constructed oak framed building and are accessed via an external oak staircase. The Barns combine traditional craftsmanship with modern standards of comfort and the space is largely open plan. Each property has a wood burning stove, sofa, chair and coffee table at one end separated by a screen from the bed and the enclosed shower room. The kitchen area is well appointed and there are little luxuries such as a nespresso coffee machine. The interior has been decorated to a high standard to ensure a modern but homely feel. There is a TV which can be swiveled so as to be seen from most parts of the room. The Barn is very well insulated but electric heaters are installed for all year round comfort.

Outdoors there is access to extensive gardens and woodlands with use of the tennis court.

Directions:
From Glasgow and the east pick up the M8 going west to Greenock until you get to a roundabout at Langbank. Continue straight over the roundabout, then in c800m you go under a bridge. Take second left after c400m where it is signposted Finlaystone Estate. The Barns are opposite the shop in the centre of the Estate.

From the north, come over the Erskine Bridge and get on the M8 going west to Greenock as above. From other directions it is likely to be cross country so please call for instructions if you cannot get google maps.

What's included:
Electricity is included (so long as no more than 100 units used - this is to avoid waste) along with an initial supply of logs - more are available to buy.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Pets are welcome but there is a small charge for extra cleaning.
Free WiFi Broadband.

Cost and availability:
The Barns are rented out throughout the year. Change over day is ideally Friday but other days by agreement.
Short breaks are available.
