A delightful two-bedroom cottage at the foot of the Ochil Hills, near Stirling. Situated in the centre of Scotland, so ideally placed to explore St Andrews, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the beautiful Scottish countryside. Part of a group of four holiday cottages (two sleeping up to 4 people, one sleeping up to 6 people and one sleeping up to 7 people) set round a pretty courtyard, this is a beautifully-furnished cottage with superb views.

Clackmannanshire has lots to offer visitors - rolling hills, great fishing, hill walking, and fascinating towers and castles to explore. If you want a more adventurous holiday then there is a paragliding school in Menstie where you can learn to paraglide. The designer outlet shops at nearby Tillicoultry are popular if you want to go bargain shopping.

Boll Cottages were 2001 winners of the FX Tourism Award for 'Best Self-catering Holiday Cottages' for Argyll, The Isles, Loch Lomond, Stirling and Trossachs Tourist Board.

Accommodation:
Ben Ever cottage has one double and one twin bedroom. There is a modern shower room, laminate flooring and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. There are panoramic views to the west from the living area. There is double glazing and central heating throughout so this is a very cosy cottage.

There is a fenced off area at the back of the cottage, which is a secure place for children to play. The kitchen is modern with quality appliances. The modem connection is a good feature in this holiday cottage, where great attention has been paid to small details. There is a great selection of books, maps, guides, videos and DVDs to borrow.

Directions:
By Road: From Stirling follow the A91 St. Andrews Road through the villages of Blairlogie, Menstrie and Alva. In Alva go through the second set of pedestrian traffic lights and turn immediately right onto the B908 road signposted Alloa. Go past the primary school on the left, the cottages are further along on the right. Go throught the black wrought iron gates into the cobble courtyard.

All bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided. All gas and electricity included.

Telephone is charged at BT rates. Pets are charged extra per week (max 2 pets in the holiday cottage).

The cottage is rented out year round.
Rental periods are flexible and not necessarily Sat-Sat. Short breaks are welcome - min 2 nights.
