Camusericht Lodge is a traditional lodge
on a beautiful Highland estate and is one of the finest holiday houses
in Scotland. It is truly luxurious - the facilities are superb (and
include a beautiful indoor swimming pool, gym and billiard room) and
the house is furnished with fine antiques - taste and comfort go hand
in hand in this property.
Whether you want to have a holiday with a group of friends or
are having a family gathering for a special occasion, you will have
your every need met in this fantastic house. There is a cook and
housekeeper included in the cost so you can really relax and enjoy the
house, garden and local area. There are log fires, a stunning walled
garden and grounds to walk in, and a sunny conservatory - this is a
holiday house where you will live like a laird.
Loch Ericht Estate is a perfect location if you are looking for large
holiday accommodation and want a really luxurious holiday house in
Scotland. The views from the house are stunning, over Loch Rannoch and
the hills on the estate; where you can walk and perhaps catch sight of
a golden eagle or osprey. This part of Scotland is remote and
breath-takingly beautiful - yet accessible within a few hours from
Edinburgh airport.
With so much space to enjoy, you could rent this big holiday house with
other families and not feel on top of each other. As it comes with a
cook to do the catering and a housekeeper, everyone can enjoy a
relaxing holiday in this superb highland lodge. With plenty to do in
the house you may not want to leave the estate - the heated indoor swimming pool really is lovely, and great for family fun and
entertainment, whatever the weather. There are plenty of outdoor activities to partake in too - explore the attractive scenic areas for walking and
cycling, fish in the loch or head out for a game of golf. There are plenty of things to do in this area of Perthshire to suit all ages and interests.

This is a fabulous large, highland lodge with gorgeous grounds and
luxurious facilities. It is a fully-catered holiday house so you can
totally relax and enjoy your Scottish vacation and be sure of delicious
food served by an excellent cook.
Accommodation:
The house is beautifully furnished with antiques and fine paintings,
but it also has modern comforts and a relaxed atmosphere. The drawing
room is a great place to unwind at the end of the day, drink in hand
with a log fire burning and surrounded by friends or family. As well
as a traditional dining room, there is a sunny conservatory, which is a
lovely informal place to dine on summer evenings. There is also a
small sitting room with a log fire and desk with telephone, fax/copier
and printer - so if you need to catch up with work then you will have a
cosy place to escape to.
The large heated swimming pool is stunning - surrounded by sandstone
flooring and with a huge baronial fireplace at one end. On summer days
you can walk through the doors straight onto the lawns and sunbathe.
The billiard room is a popular place after dinner: it has a full-sized
billiard table with a wood-burning stove and there is an excellent
range of exercise machines at one end.
There are 6 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms and 1 single - they are all
delightful rooms, with great views, beautifully furnished and fine
bedlinen. There are plenty of bathrooms in the house, four of which are ensuite.
There also is a separate 2 bedroom self-contained flat which can be
available to rent if you require additional accommodation.
Location:
From Perth go north on the A9 past Dunkeld, Pitlochry, and Blair
Atholl. Take the first turn left after Blair Atholl sign-posted to
Calvine and Kinloch Rannoch, 300m turn right and then sharp turn under
railway bridge. 10 miles to T junction. Turn right, 3 miles to Kinloch
Rannoch. Follow road through the village and along the north shore of
Loch Rannoch, continue for 9 miles along the loch side to Bridge of
Ericht. Go over the small bridge, and 300m further on is Camusericht
Lodge on your right up a short drive.
What's included:
Full time cook and 3 hours daily housekeeping. You can discuss your
requirements and menus with the cook in advance. All food and drink
are charged at cost.

Excellent trout and pike fishing for guests on Loch
Rannoch and Loch Ericht in season. Guests welcome to bring their own boat or
ghillie and boat hire available locally.

The lodge is rented out all year round.
Rental periods are generally a week, Sunday to Sunday.
Checking in time is usually 4pm and checking out is 10am.
