Loch Tay Lodges,
near Aberfeldy, Perthshire

There is so much to do in the area - Taymouth Castle golf course is nearby and there are good 9 hole courses at Kenmore, Strathtay and Killin (all within half an hour from Loch Tay Lodges). The walking is fantastic and there is plenty of wildlife and birds to see (if you are lucky you might spot a golden eagle soaring over the mountains). As well as fishing, Loch Tay and the River Tay offer white water rafter, water skiing and canoeing. You are centrally located here, so can also visit the east or west coast of Scotland from these cottages - but with so much to see and do on your doorstep you probably won't want to travel too far!

Accommodation:
All the cottages are delightful with homely touches to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Each cottage is very well equipped and are tastefully furnished. The log fires are wonderful to relax by if you've been out walking or sightseeing for the day. All the beds have electric blankets for a very cosy stay if you are here for an autumn or winter break. Laggan lodge is suitable for disabled visitors and has a bath lift for the less mobile.

All the Loch Tay lodges are different and have between 2 and 3 bedrooms - but all have luxury fittings and furnishings.

What's included:
Bed linen and towels are included in the rental rates.

What's not included:
There heaters available in each room and there are £3 of free electricity, thereafter there is a £1 coin meter to be fed for the heating.

Cost and availability.
The self-catering accommodation is rented out year round.
Rental periods are generally a week - Saturday to Saturday, or for short breaks of 3 or more days as availability allows during the low seasons. Checking in time is 4pm and checking out is 10am.
Short breaks are usually for 3 nights in autumn and winter seasons.
