Accommodation:
2 twin bedrooms, and two double, one with an ensuite bathroom with separate shower. In the sitting room there is a double sofa bed should you wish to sleep 8 in the cottage. Sorry there is a no-smoking policy in the cottage, but there are seats in the garden. We welcome owners pets, but request that pets do not go into bedrooms. There is plenty car parking space at the cottage. There is a path down through the property to the river Earn where you can fish for salmon and brown trout. Fishing is also available on lochs and rivers close by. For hillwalkers there are many good hills to climb nearby.

Whats included:
All bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are provided as are duvets and covers and towels. All cleaning materials, toilet paper and bin bags, oil fire central heating and electricity are all included in the rental price.

There is an excellent pub/restaurant locally,supermarkets and shops are in the main town of crieff.

Cost and availability.
The cottage is rented out year round.
Rental peroids are generally Saturday-Saturday arrival 4pm and departure at 10am.

January, February and March £350 per week.
April £400 per week.
May and June £450 per week.
July and August £550 per week.
September £500 per week.
October £400 per week.
November and December £350 per week, except Christmas and New Year (Hogmanay) weeks please apply
