The East Neuk of Fife is a wonderful place for a holiday or short break, and this tastefully designed property is in a perfect location. Newly completed in September 2004, it overlooks Pittenweem harbour and has panoramic views. Situated on the first floor, there is a communal garden looking out over the sea to distant Edinburgh - perfect for relaxing.

Pittenweem is an idyllic Fife seaside village, still with an active fishing harbour. St Andrews is only 15 minutes away and there are of course many golf courses there as well as in the rest of Fife. Pittenweem has a wealth of pubs, excellent award-winning restaurants within a 2 mile radius, and great walking and cycling. The Pittenweem Arts Festival is held here every August, but if you are staying here at other times of the year there are lots of art and craft galleries to visit. The light in this part of Scotland has drawn artists for centuries - not to mention the pretty villages and countryside.

  

Accommodation:
This is a beautiful, spacious holiday apartment with every comfort provided. There are 2 stunning bedrooms and two luxurious shower rooms (one en-suite). The sitting room has a balcony with glorious views and is a large open plan room, furnished to a very high standard. It is all modern, tasteful accommodation and the kitchen is well fitted. There is private off street parking and a communal garden.

Directions:
On entering Pittenweem, take the only road to the harbour - it is well signposted - this is called Abbey Wall Road. The flat is in a new development halfway down this road on the right.
By Air:
Edinburgh International Airport is 1 hour away.
By Rail:
Leuchars, near St Andrews, is 30 minutes away.

Central heating, hot water, electricity, bed linen and towels. Also toweling robes and toiletries are provided - your every need is catered for here!

Cost and availability.
The cottage is rented out year round.
Rental periods are generally Sat-Sat: arrival 2pm and departure at 10am (if the flat is free the following day then you are welcome to stay later).
We can also provide short breaks - either a weekend break or a mid-week short break - min 2 nights.
