Golf and tennis lessons are both available. Restaurants and pubs are a short walk away too as is the Elie waterpsorts centre. With all of this on its doorstep, Summer House is a place where people want to return to again and again. With its distinctive yellow door and yellow paintwork, this traditional terraced villa offers the ideal layout and perfectly located being just two houses back from the beach!
The East Neuk of Fife is one of Scotland 's best holiday locations. It has wonderful beaches and a fabulous coastline yet is within easy touring distance of the whole of central Scotland. From Fife you can easily take a day trip to Edinburgh and enjoy all the sights and sounds of the capital city. It is also easy to explore Perth, Stirling and Dundee and to get a wide sense of Scotland's history and culture. Alternatively, as Fife has everything you need for a holiday you could be quite happy just "staying put!"

Accommodation:
Downstairs accommodation comprises an entrance vestibule with doors leading to the left to a large formal dining room with fitted kitchen to the rear and to the right, to a large double bedroom, single bedroom and shower room with WC. The kitchen leads onto a decking area and large garden with of course the sounds and sights of the sea.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, a family bathroom and a sitting room, not to mention the fantastic study which gives access to the wonderful spacious balcony which enjoys panoramic views of Elie and Earlsferry beaches. The sitting room too with its wonderful window seat looking onto Elie Beach is truly a room with a view.
