St Andrews House is a spectacular holiday home - it enjoys a superb position overlooking Crail Harbour with views directly over the sea. The house has been recently renovated to a very high standard; it is a 'listed building' and holds a Scottish Tourist Board 4 star grading.

The house sleeps 6 people in well appointed accommodation; the sitting room has unrestricted views of the harbour and on towards the Firth of Forth, and there is a real log fire. The kitchen is superbly equipped and there are 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms, and at the back of the house is a garden with a barbeque.

The East Neuk of Fife has a superb coastline with picturesque fishing villages, lots of world famous golf courses within easy reach, castles, sandy beaches, churches and harbours. This lovely Crail self-catering holiday house provides a superb base for a family holiday in Fife, or for a golfing holiday in Scotland - there are many golf courses nearby, including the home of golf at St Andrews.

This spacious, light and airy holiday house in Crail has spectacular sea views and is situated in a wonderful location overlooking the working Crail harbour.

Accommodation:
St Andrews House is warm and welcoming - it has full central heating, and there ia a log fire in the sitting room. From the sitting room, through the double windows you will see the view above; a unrestricted view of Crail harbour and on towards the Firth of Forth.

The large dining room is also at the front of the property and shares similar sea views, and there is a dining table and chairs for six people. The contemporary, open plan kitchen has a granite worktop and is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble drier. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms enjoying views across the harbour. The master bedroom, which has a king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower), and a double bedroom with equally spectacular views. The third bedroom is twin bedded and looks out over the large private garden at the back of the house. There is a bathroom next to the bedrooms.

Outside the garden has stone walls, attractive rockery features and beautiful borders and patio with garden furniture and a barbecue - perfect for summer meals!

By Air:
Edinburgh airport is about one hour by car via the Forth Road Bridge
By Rail:
The main London / Edinburgh / Dundee / Aberdeen line services North East Fife. Kirkcaldy or Leuchars stations are about half an hour away by car.

What's included:
Central heating and hot water, electricity, gas and bed linen - towels are available at a small charge. Travel cot and high chair if requested - please bring linen for cot.

Cost and availability.
The cottage is rented out year round.
Rental periods are generally Friday - Friday: arrival 4pm and departure at 10am.
We can also provide Short Break holidays at most times of the year;
Up to 3 nights @ 70% of weekly rate
Extra night 10% of the weekly charge
Weekend Friday - Monday and mid-week Mon/Tue-Thurs/Fri short breaks are sometimes available particularly in low season - 5 or more days charged at weekly rate.
