5% reduction for repeat visitors.
Normal rental for 7 days - Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Friday if available.
Check in after 4pm on day of arrival
Check out by 10am on day of departure
20% deposit secures booking.
Full payment 6 weeks before let.
During off-peak periods, last minute short breaks may be available, otherwise lets are for a minimum of 7 days. Please enquire.
3 nights (Saturday to Tuesday) - 75% of weekly rate
4 nights (Tuesday to Saturday) - 85% of weekly rate
Rates include:
* Gas and electricity (fair use)
* Basket of wood, hod of coal, kindling, firelighters
* Bed linen, duvets and pillows
* Hand and bath towels, drying up clothes
* Free Wifi access (fair use)
* Free UK landline weekend calls (starting 01, 02, 03 only) - Ts and Cs apply
* Fresh local bread, free range eggs, milk ... and a special gift from us!
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the age and character of the property, there are height restrictions in the single bedroom. But that's why it has charm!
