Bedrooms 4 - 2 twin rooms - 1 double bed - 1 king bed. Sleeps: 8 + (2 sofa beds available by prior agreement) Dunbar. Short breaks. Pets. Hot tub.
Check-in is after 4pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am. Early check-in and extended check-out is subject to availability and incurs a cost/fee.
Minimum stay 2 nights Weekends (Friday and Saturday)
Minimum stay 3 nights Midweek (Sunday to Thursday)
Changeover Day is Flexible
Payment Terms:
Payment is due 50% with the booking with the balance due 3 months before arrival (excluding for Special Events). Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or PayPal secure payment link (PayPal may charge a handling fee).

We arrived at the estate past the gatehouse in beautiful sunshine and the Gardeners Cottage exceeded our expectations! Outside the lawns were well maintained and the large hot tub was ready for immediate use. The cottage itself is deceptively spacious with a high end well equipped kitchen. Definitely bespoke and complimentary to the rest of the cottage. Decor and furnishings in keeping with the rest of the property. 3 good sized bedrooms with relaxing and sociable lounge! Kids had a ball exploring the estate and the owners could not have done any more to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. Local beaches fantastic and would definitely come back again with friends -- soon!!
