Waterfall Cottage sits on the edge of the Achianich burn, two miles from Kenmore, with the little waterfall sparking below the deck. There are lovely views to the west and north across the loch to the mountains of Meall Greigh and Ben Lawers, often still showing patches of snow in June. With timber walls and a corrugated iron roof, the cottage looks traditional from the outside, but this is no bothy – inside you’ll find a haven of modern design and comfort with under-floor heating, a pair of big, soft zip-together beds, flat screen TV and DVD, and Neff kitchen equipment.
