Argyll is a fabulous location for a relaxing holiday or short break - stunning scenery, beautiful beaches and lots to see and do in the area.
Situated adjacent to Loch Awe, one of the most beautiful Scottish lochs, this Scottish Tourist Board 4 star accommodation offers peace, privacy and a secluded setting. It is perfect for a rural retreat (whether a honeymoon or not!) with many local attractions and outdoor pursuits.
The surrounding hill farm has 900 sheep and a herd of highland cattle (a traditional Scottish breed and much photographed).

Accommodation:
Barn House has been very well designed to provide superb holiday accommodation for two - perfect for a honeymoon or a romantic vacation. With central heating and double glazing, it is very cosy in the winter as well as summer. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor and the open plan living area is on the first floor - so taking advantage of the views. The sitting/dining area is extremely light and sunny with 3 large velux windows and a full length window in the south gable. The bedroom has twin beds which zip together to make a king size double - just let them know what you require when booking. The garden has a table and chairs so you can sit out on a fine day and admire the glorious views. Unfortunately Barn House is not suitable for children under 5.

Cottage directions:
Barn House is situated 10 miles west of Cladich on the B840,
south-east of Loch Awe, and is approached from the A819 Inveraray to
Dalmally road (signposted B840 Cladich & Ford).

The rental rates are per cottage. Short
breaks are welcome during off peak season and there is a discount for
couples then.
